Katahdin Air Service
The Katahdin Air Service is located on Ambejejus Lake and offers daily scenic plane rides of the Katahdin Area. Katahdin Air offers short 15-minute flights as well as 3-hour flights that take you to a remote sporting camp for dinner and then a sunset flight back to the Big Moose Inn.
Katahdin Air Service has been transporting people to remote locations in northern Maine for 60 years. Many of our guests enjoy a sightseeing tour of Mt. Katahdin, Baxter State Park and the West Branch of the Penobscot River. Fall foliage flights are also popular.
